About the role

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, develop and grow high value accounts, resolve issues, and support them in using for their business payments.

This is a hybrid role, combining phone and in-person interactions, where you will proactively schedule appointments and collaborate closely with customers to understand and support their business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 1000+ high-value accounts, ensuring strategic growth, strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the client's business objectives and growth targets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their short- and long-term goals
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients

About you

  • Proven experience in Account / Relationship Management
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience with computers and applications software, including CRM database skills
  • An interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech
  • Results driven approach
  • Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
