About The Role
is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our regional team either from Victoria or Perth. Role requires some national travel but it is full time work from home otherwise.

Project Manager
, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving successful project outcomes that contribute to client satisfaction and organizational growth. Your ability to navigate client needs, manage expectations, and deliver results are critical in driving positive outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of enterprise-level projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope and budget.
  • Provide governance and oversight for all projects, including establishing project management policies, guidelines, and standards. Ensures that projects adhere to these standards and align with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and project teams, ensuring alignment of goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals. Conduct quality audits, reviews, and inspections to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders. You will also serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Maintain our project management methodology, processes, templates, and tools to be used across all projects within the organization. This helps ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
  • Offer training, coaching, and support to other project managers and teams to enhance their project management skills and capabilities. Provide access to resources, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery and client satisfaction. Develop risk management frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Ensure all project resources maintain high level performance and accountable for resource utilisation of the project team. Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects to ensure optimal use of resources (e.g., personnel, budget, equipment). They may also maintain a centralized resource pool and facilitate resource planning and forecasting.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform or other ERP solutions. Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies.
  • Experience managing and delivering enterprise-level projects.
  • Some depth and experience in HomebuilderONE solution/ building/construction industry is ideal but not necessary.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
