About Us
We are a fast-growing technology services company partnering with leading organisations to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure digital solutions. Our expertise spans software development, cloud & infrastructure, integration, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation. As we scale, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director (Hunter) who can originate and close multi-year, high-value deals and expand our presence in the Australian enterprise market.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact new business acquisition role focused on landing net-new logos and driving large, strategic deals. You will be responsible for building relationships at the C-suite and board level, shaping transformative opportunities, and closing complex technology services contracts. Key Responsibilities
- New Business Origination: Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline of multi-year, high-value deals.
- C-Suite Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across enterprise and government clients.
- Complex Deal Pursuits: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including solution shaping, proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiation.
- Strategic Account Penetration: Drive net-new logo acquisition while also expanding into new divisions of existing strategic accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and execute go-to-market strategies for target industries and accounts in alignment with company growth goals.
- Collaborative Solutioning: Partner with delivery, engineering, and product leaders to design tailored enterprise solutions that address business and technology challenges.
- Market Insight & Positioning: Leverage industry knowledge, competitor insights, and technology trends to position our company as a trusted transformation partner.
- Forecasting & Governance: Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and adherence to enterprise pursuit governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or IT consulting sales, with a focus on hunting / new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex multi-year deals.
- Deep network of C-suite and senior executive relationships within Australian enterprises (ASX 200 / large mid-market).
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in complex contract structuring, pricing models, and negotiations.
- Ability to lead executive-level conversations that link technology solutions to business transformation outcomes.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and HubSpot for pipeline and relationship management.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams to shape and execute complex global solutions.
- Resilient, results-driven, and motivated by achieving stretch revenue targets.
What We Offer
- Highly competitive base salary with uncapped commissions.
- Opportunity to close and lead career-defining large enterprise deals.
- A collaborative and innovative culture with strong delivery capability.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and marquee clients.
