Administration Coordinator - Windows Division– Yatala

Langs Building Supplies is a proudly family-owned and operated business that has been a trusted supplier of quality building products for over 45 years. From timber and steel trusses and frames to windows, doors, timber and hardware, we cater to a wide range of building companies, offering solutions for every construction need.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Coordinator to join our Windows Division in this newly created position.

About the Role

As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring the smooth processing of aluminium joinery transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate quotations, job requests, purchasing, and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotation & Job Coordination: Process job requests, liaise with estimators/detailers, track progress, and ensure accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Divisional Manager, manage documentation, support scheduling, and provide general admin support.
  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for inquiries, handle emails professionally, and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to a positive work environment, and assist with operational needs.
  • Self-Management & Compliance: Stay organised, adhere to company policies, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What we're looking for

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Prior admin or coordination experience in the building or Aluminium Window and Door Industry
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Organisation: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills.

    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first approach.

    Team Player: Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and work efficiently under pressure.
