We're currently seeking experienced Logistics and Inventory Administrators for a range of upcoming temporary and contract roles across the Gold Coast region.

About the Opportunities

These roles support fast-paced logistics environments, providing essential coordination across warehousing, transport, inventory, and operations teams.

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Processing freight bookings and managing delivery schedules
  • Coordinating with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams
  • Liaising with customers or clients to confirm orders and dispatch details
  • Completing transport and compliance documentation
  • Data entry, stock control, and reporting using ERP or WMS systems
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stocktakes
About You

We'd love to hear from organised and proactive professionals who bring:

  • Experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain administration
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A detail-focused approach and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Confidence using systems such as SAP, Pronto, or similar ERP/WMS platforms
  • Reliability, adaptability, and availability for short-term or ongoing assignments
