Logistics Administration Officer – Join the Team at On Point 3PL

On Point 3PL Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time, onsite Logistics Administration Officer to keep our busy warehouse and transport operations moving smoothly.


About the Role

In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day coordination of transport and logistics activities, working closely with drivers, customers, and our warehouse team. It's a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Transport & Logistics Coordination

  • Allocate drivers and vehicles for local deliveries.
  • Schedule and monitor runs to ensure deliveries are on time.
  • Liaise with third-party freight providers when needed.

Customer & Team Communication

  • Answer transport enquiries by phone and email.
  • Provide updates on delivery status and ETAs.
  • Work with the warehouse team to confirm stock readiness.

Problem Solving & Administration

  • Help resolve delivery issues and delays quickly.
  • Enter orders and logistics data accurately into Carton Cloud.
  • Assist with CHEP and Loscam pallet transfers.
  • Support compliance and safety procedures in daily operations.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in transport or logistics coordination (3PL background an advantage).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable using transport or warehouse management systems (Carton Cloud experience highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of pallet systems (CHEP/Loscam) is a bonus.
