Full Time Administrative and Customer Support Role

(Hours will have a little flexibility)

About the Role:

Join the growing team at HML Solutions Pty Ltd as a full-time Sales Co-ordinator / Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to put your administrative and customer service skills to use in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Based in our Burwood, Victoria office, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

There are monthly team target bonuses opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

– Responding to customer enquiries and providing outstanding support over the phone

– Maintaining and updating records in CRM systems

– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

– Accurate data entry and record-keeping

– Assisting with problem-solving and conflict resolution

– Multi-tasking to handle various administrative tasks efficiently

  • Assisting with stock orders and customer orders

  • Able to build relationships with customers quickly and influence outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone with:

– Strong customer service and communication skills

– Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)

– Excellent organisational and time management abilities

– A proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must have patience and a very clear phone manner

While experience in these areas is preferred, it's not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate.
