The BTM Group is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium quality safety footwear. With a strong reputation built on quality and service we are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Co-Ordinator to lead our global marketing from concept to delivery.

Role Overview

The Marketing Co Ordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and its delivery across brand. It will oversee the entire marketing function including content but not limited to PR, digital advertising, social media, website and performance analytics.

Working within a small team and reporting directly to the COO, this role will be responsible for carefully planning and executing our yearly marketing calendar across all markets, to deliver across campaigns, events, activations, brand storytelling and launches.

This position requires a highly performance-driven leader who is both proactive and confident in operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Development and delivery of marketing strategy and marketing program

· Planning and execution of company marketing and event calendar

· Lead, inspire and develop BTM marketing across multiple go to market channels

· Translate brand vision into clear strategies and measurable goals.

· Update and build collateral - Catalogues/ pricelists

· Planning and execution of end-to-end brand campaigns such as photoshoots

· Support the CEO and sales team with promotional and brand asset materials

· Product management - approvals and go to market plans

· Planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions and events (from concept through logistics, partnerships, and execution).

· Understanding and execution of marketing effort through a defined budget and ROI lens

· Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities.

· Build relationships with external partners and customers

Requirements

· – 5 years' experience in a Marketing Co Ordinator role.

· years of mid/senior role directly responsible in delivery of the entire marketing program for a brand/company with a budget

· Experience in developing and delivery of customer retention strategies and customer journey pathways

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

· Deep operational understanding of website management and marketplace platforms

· Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable making strategic decisions

· Strong communication skills with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus
