Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing B2B service provider looking to expand their Melbourne-based sales team. This is a high-energy, phone-based role where your hustle is rewarded with uncapped earning potential, fast-tracked career progression, and a collaborative, vibrant office culture.

What's in it for you?

  • $80,000 - $100,000+ super + UNCAPPED commission (OTE $150K+ Year 1, $180K - $200k Year 2, Sky is the limit Year 3)

  • Monday–Friday

What do you do?

  • Make outbound calls to B2B clients across various industries
  • Manage a warm lead pipeline and identify new sales opportunities
  • Confidently present and pitch tailored solutions over the phone
  • Negotiate deals, close with conviction, and hit KPIs
  • Work with a tight-knit team that celebrates success
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to refine strategies

What do you need?

  • 1–2 years in phone-based B2B sales, outbound calling, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Competitive nature and hunger to earn above your base
  • Organised, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • A strong work ethic and desire to progress in a high-performance team
