We're looking for a Trade Marketing Co Ordinator– Visual Merchandising to bring our brands to life at retail, ensuring every display, stand, and point-of-sale touchpoint inspires customers and drives results.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between sales, marketing, and our retail partners — owning visual merchandising execution across major retailers like Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse Priceline, Myer, Big W, and David Jones. You'll lead projects from concept to store, making sure every element aligns with brand guidelines, budget, and business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure alignment on brand standards, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.

  • Act as the go-to contact for retailers' trade marketing needs, managing requests efficiently from concept to completion.

  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives — including POS materials, merchandising guidelines, in-store displays, and promotional activations across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Manage third-party suppliers for POS and visual merchandising projects to deliver excellence in-store and within budget.

  • Support Australis planograms for all retailers — from updating POS elements to executing high-impact hot spot stands.

  • Identify opportunities to improve stand efficiencies, reduce costs, and leverage emerging retail trends.

  • Track, analyse and report on promotion and display performance to maximise ROI.

  • Present market trends and competitor insights to guide POS and VM strategies.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising or retail execution (FMCG or beauty experience highly regarded).

  • Tertiary education, Bachelor degree, Business/ Commerce/Marketing  – highly desirable

  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence liaising with senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to deliver cost efficiencies while keeping creative standards high.

  • A commercial mindset, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

  • Resilience, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
