About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales and Operations Support Co-Ordinator to join our national team and become a vital engine behind our patient & pharmacy services, and driving operational effectiveness.

Reporting to the National Partnerships and Operational Efficiency Manager, this role is all about bringing clarity to complexity, supporting internal stakeholders, coordinating key operational systems, and ensuring our patients, pharmacies, and sales team have everything they need to succeed.

From portal management to event logistics, warehouse communication, and promotional program delivery, this role is dynamic, detail-driven, and essential to our ongoing growth.

What You'll Own

Systems & Portals

  • Manage and continuously improve the Myriad Direct Ordering Portal, including customer account validation, order flows, and system maintenance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance portal functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

Warehouse & Supply Coordination

  • Partner with contracted warehouses to ensure consistent pharmacy access to products.
  • Monitor stock availability and troubleshoot supply issues as needed.

Events & Conference Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver company presence at industry events and conferences.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, including bookings, stand requirements, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage the inventory, printing, and distribution of event collateral, samples, and marketing materials.

Sales Team Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure timely access to sales tools, materials, and admin support.
  • Streamline internal processes to enhance sales team productivity.

Programs & Projects

  • Manage special promotional programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Be the first point of contact for pharmacy customer enquiries.
  • Triaging issues to the right internal teams and ensuring professional, accurate, and timely responses.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong organisational and project management experience with a knack for prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
  • Experience with event/conference coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with ordering systems, CRMs, or digital customer platforms.
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for process improvement and attention to detail.
  • A resilient individual who is adaptable, proactive, and hungry to grow.
