Business Development Representative (Coburg)

We are a Coburg based company dealing in Accident Management.

You will be based out of Coburg premises and will be required to look after clients. You must have prior Sales experience/BDR ideally relating to cars.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving new sales and managing client relationships within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive or insurance industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.

• Promotional Activities: Represent the company by engaging with business owners and staff to promote our services effectively.

• Autonomous Work: Manage time effectively while working independently on the road, making timely decisions to address client needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the automotive or insurance sectors.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; confident communicator capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory.

• Personality Traits: Persistent, resilient, and confident; able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using company software and iPads; tech-savvy.

• Experience in the automotive repair or insurance industry is highly regarded.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

Your Schedule:

  • Dynamic Hours: Role involves starting work at 9 am by meeting a client and ending the job by meeting a client depending in the area you are working on that particular day.
