The Role
As one of our Business Development Representative (BDR)
you'll build top-of-funnel pipeline across the East Coast and partner closely with Senior BDMs to progress qualified meetings and opportunities with
NDIS, Aged Care, HCP, CHSP, and upcoming Support at Home
providers.
You'll combine
outbound prospecting, event follow-ups, inbound leads, social selling, video outreach, and tight CRM hygiene
to open doors with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Clinical/Operations leaders, and IT/Transformation teams.
What you'll do
- Drive
outbound sequences
(email, phone, LinkedIn, video) to book qualified meetings for Senior BDMs. - Research and segment
named accounts by provider type, funding stream (NDIS/HCP/CHSP/SAH), and region. - Turn
event leads and partnerships
(e.g., industry forums, Alliance20, webinars) into pipeline. - Qualify
using clear criteria (fit, pain, timeline, stakeholders, funding mix, tech stack). - Maintain spotless
HubSpot
hygiene: tasks, notes, next steps, sequences, and reporting. - Collaborate with Marketing on
messaging, sequences, and content
that resonates by persona. - Report weekly on
activity, meetings set, conversion rates, and pipeline influenced
.
What you'll bring
- 1–3+ years in
BDR/SDR
(SaaS or healthcare tech preferred) with a track record of
meeting setting targets
. - Familiarity with
NDIS / Aged Care / HCP / CHSP / Support at Home
landscape—or strong aptitude to learn fast. - Confident with
HubSpot CRM
(or similar), Sales Navigator, video outreach, and data-driven cadence management. - Excellent written & verbal communication;
resilient, curious, and coachable
. - Full Australian work rights
; based in
VIC
(hybrid). Willing to travel for events and customer visits.
Nice to have:
experience selling into providers, knowledge of SCHADS/roster operations, and basic procurement/RFP exposure.
