About Us:

TnU Solar is an emerging Australian solar and battery retailer and installer dedicated to helping homeowners save on energy costs while supporting a sustainable future. We're expanding and looking for motivated salespeople who want to kickstart their career in the renewable energy industry.

About the Role:

We're offering a 3-month contract (commission-based) role for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, sell, and grow within the booming solar industry. Product and sales training will be provided, and high performers may transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to promote solar & battery solutions
  • Conduct initial consultations and site assessments (training provided)
  • Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, or in-person visits
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer outreach

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation to build a career in renewable energy
  • Any academic background welcome — Engineering, Business, or Marketing is a plus
  • Current university students or recent graduates encouraged to apply
