We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our successful Commercial Property business as an Portfolio Manager.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering efficient management of a portfolio of commercial properties, building strong relationships with our landlords, tenants and tradespeople. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with existing commercial landlords and develop relationships to ensure their investment is managed effectively and maximised
  • Maintain communication and relationships with commercial tenants
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders and liaise with tradespeople
  • Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare reports
  • Maintain and minimise rental arrears

Skills and experience

Whilst previous experience in property management is desirable, we will provide full training and support for the right candidate. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 5 years experience in a client relationship role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong administration and computer skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Mature, resilient and a confident manner
  • Willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and motivated to be a valued team member
  • Current driver's licence is necessary
