The role

You'll support our Property Management team to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Typical duties include:

  • Coordinating repairs & maintenance (raising work orders, supplier follow-up, status updates)
  • Scheduling and preparing routine, ingoing, and vacate inspections
  • Drafting and sending high-quality communications and notices
  • Data entry and document management
  • Arrears support
  • General office support and customer service at a friendly front desk

What you'll bring

  • Solid computer skills;
  • Current Driver Licence;
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a team-player attitude

Nice to have (bonus points)

  • Previous real estate, admin, hospitality, or trades coordination experience
