About the role

Operating for over 30 years across Sydney, this Commercial Property Management group pride themselves on providing an ethical, quality focused service whilst promoting a positive and supportive working environment. This business rarely hires, so this is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Commercial Property Manager to support the Commercial team and take on their own small portfolio.

Our client is looking for the Assistant Commercial Property Manager or a Property Manager that has been managing a mixed commercial and residential portfolio to step into this incredible opportunity at their office in the Hills District. 

Your duties will include:

  • Building strong relationships with landlords and vendors
  • Attending property inspections and preparation of condition reports
  • Compiling monthly financial and written reports
  • Managing tenant arrears
  • Oversee a small and manageable portfolio of your own
  • Assisting the Commercial Property Management department

To be considered, you will have:

  • Class 2 licence (will consider candidates that have almost completed their Certificate IV course)
  • At least 12 months experience within a similar, commercial or residential property management role (must have exposure to commercial properties if from a residential agency)
  • Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A real passion for commercial property management
  • Outstanding customer service
