**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the portfolio on behalf of an established client base
- Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Market rent reviews and rent increases
- Organise and provide advice on property repairs and maintenance
- Proactively deal with queries and act as a trusted advisor
- Reporting to head of Property Management/ Directors

**You will need**:

- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Property Management experience required
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Strong communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
- IT savvy - Solid computer skills, Word, Excel
