**Commercial Property Valuer**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for creating a framework to develop consistent site selection criteria, competitive analysis, and demographic insight to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market and legislation, evaluate factors including risk, commercial return, maintenance liability, and strategic portfolio plan.
- Undertake site inspections and meet with Landlords.
- Prepare executive reports and board submissions for new store approval.
- Conduct property inspections and gather relevant information on commercial properties
- Analyse market data, property sales and leasing trends, and other relevant factors to determine property values
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial property valuation

You possess:

- Exceptional engagement skills, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain solid relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong Knowledge base and understanding of the commercial/residential property industry, property leasing contracts, market trends, and real estate.
- Sound understanding of the financial aspects relating to property sales, rental amounts, forecasts, and budgeting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years of valuation work experience completing valuations, ideally commercial.
- Proven experience using a range of database and workflow management systems and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail,
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to critically review and evaluate property data, analytics, mapping, and imagery.
