The Role
Perfect opportunity for a Property Manager to join a hardworking & supportive team. Receive fantastic mentorship & support from the PM Leadership team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday shift every 2 months or so with the following Friday as RDO. We offer a competitive salary & bonus structure, a company phone, and other perks.

Life As a Property Manager

  • Day to day running of a portfolio - managing owners, tenants and administration
  • Support provided by leasing consultants, administration, new business and trust accounting teams
  • Conducting regular routine inspections
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
  • Working closely with the leasing and new business teams
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Managing electronic filing
  • Signing of leases
  • Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Energy and working well in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Personally presentable
