We're looking for a 
Sales Administrator
 to join our team. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that combines billing and licensing administration with client support, sales coordination, and supplier engagement. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients and internal teams have a smooth experience — from onboarding and billing setup to ongoing account management.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in billing or administration roles.

This position is only available to Australian citizens.

Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is an essential requirement for this role.

About the Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, including provisioning, changes, and renewals
  • Run monthly billing batches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing
  • Maintain and improve billing automation (ConnectWise + QuickBooks)
  • Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and keep accounts up to date
  • Maintain accurate records of user counts, license usage, and billing history
  • Work with the sales team to prepare and issue client quotes
  • Source IT hardware and software through supplier and distributor platforms
  • Coordinate client onboarding, including quotes, orders, and billing setup
  • Provide friendly, reliable communication with clients and suppliers
  • Support internal teams with stock checks, supplier updates, and documentation
  • Proactively adopt new tools and processes to improve efficiency

This position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing both numbers and people — balancing billing precision with customer care.

Candidates must have experience with billing systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting software.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Brings experience in billing, sales support, or administration (preferred)
  • Is comfortable following structured processes but also proactive in solving problems
  • Has familiarity with IT products and services (desirable)
  • Has prior experience with ConnectWise and QuickBooks (advantageous)
  • Is eager to learn new systems and enjoys contributing to team success
