Leadership & Management Trainer - Join Our Team

Vivid College is currently seeking CRICOS-Registration and aiming in delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education.

We're seeking an experienced Leadership & Management Trainer to deliver nationally accredited Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Training: Provide high-quality instruction in leadership & management, along with relevant modules in leadership & management qualifications.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Track student attendance and course progress to ensure all learners remain on track.
  • Assessment & Validation: Mark assessments and ensure they meet industry standards and align with the training package requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with AQTF, ASQA, relevant legislation, and company policies to maintain high standards of training and assessment.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Qualifications: Graduate Diploma of Leadership & Management (BSB80120)
  • Certifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 – upgraded to include TAELLN401 and TAEASS502)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training, particularly in leadership & management or hospitality-related fields.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and mentor students.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
