Milestones International College is seeking qualified and experienced trainers & assessors to join our team. We currently have positions available for enthusiastic and qualified trainers and assessors to deliver the programs in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality.

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
  • Diploma of Hospitality

The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications and experience;

  • The TAE qualification (or recognised equivalent) as per Credential Policy (RTO Standards 2025)
  • The vocational competencies at least to the level that you would be delivering and assessing
  • Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment.
  • Industry currency and demonstrated 3+ years work experience in the industry
  • Working with Children Card
  • Good computer skills and a sound understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to contribute to resource development as part of the role;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • A can do attitude; and
  • A willingness to travel

To be successful with your application it is preferred but not essential that you have previous training and assessment experience within a Registered Training Organisation. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic professional, with current industry experience, who is keen to play a vital role in the success of our growing organisation.
