Trainer Wanted – Ageing Support And Community Services

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver the Certificate IV in Ageing Support And Diploma of Community Services at our college.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions in the field

Assess students' skills and provide constructive feedback

Maintain compliance with RTO standards and assessment requirements

Support and mentor students to successfully complete their qualification

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

qualification in relevant sector ( or higher)

Current industry experience and knowledge of modern practices

Strong communication and mentoring skills
