Wattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in Carlton. We are seeking experienced trainers and Assessors to join our vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others learn and grow.

Trainers and assessor is required for the following course:

  • CPC Certificate III in Carpentry

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and deliver units of competency within the relevant CPC course;
  • Ability to develop student resources;
  • Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy;
  • Assistance with student resource development;
  • Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;
  • Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students

Experience and Qualifications:

  • You must hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment;
  • Minimum Certificate III in Carpentry;
  • industry experience in the relevant field;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent written and communication skills
