Minecraft College of Australia is a Registered Training Organisation, currently seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the prospective courses:

· CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry

· CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Ensuring a high level of training is provided to students

· Supporting students in their studies

· Conducting practical skills sessions

· Ensuring a high level of customer service to students/clients via all means of communication (be it verbal or written)

· Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment

· Support the implementation of new systems

Key Selection Criteria

  • TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (or willing to proceed for qualification)
  • Relevant Qualification that you are interested in teaching (equivalent or higher)
  • Ability to plan and organise training, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students/clients and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures for online databases (both internal and external)
