About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology.

At International College of Skills and Knowledg, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider – we specialise in carpentry, painting, and construction training. Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent qualification)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122)
  • Demonstrated industry experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Commitment to following compliance standards, policies, and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with RTO standards
  • Create session and training plans, supporting students in blended learning modes
  • Contribute to assessment validation and continuous improvement processes
  • Provide a positive and supportive learning environment
