About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver the Certificate III in Solid Plastering qualification.

At International College of Skills and Knowledge (CSK) – a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider – we specialise in high-quality training across building, construction, and trade disciplines.   • Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate III in Solid Plastering (or equivalent qualification)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
  • Demonstrated industry experience in solid plastering and/or related trades
  • Strong understanding of RTO compliance and assessment practices
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Competent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and support learners in different delivery modes (face-to-face and blended learning)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions for the Certificate III in Solid Plastering
  • Conduct assessments in line with RTO and ASQA standards
  • Develop and review session plans, learning resources, and assessment tools
  • Support students with guidance, feedback, and mentoring throughout their learning journey
  • Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all RTO procedures
