Our client, a respected organisation in the paper and packaging industry, is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a dynamic sales team.

Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Profile

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within FMCG, Packaging, Hospitality or Food distribution sectors
  • Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions
  • Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, with a passion for building long-term client partnerships
