About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Foodservice, this newly created position represents an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of change.

As Field Sales Lead, you will take ownership of a Victorian territory, building strong relationships with key foodservice, hospitality, and retail customers. You will be equally comfortable in the field and in strategy mode, combining commercial thinking, customer care, and operational insight to drive growth across an evolving portfolio.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives on making things happen and being part of something new.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with foodservice, retail, and hospitality customers.
  • Drive sales performance and category growth across your assigned territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dairy and chilled food sectors.
  • Partner with operations to ensure efficient delivery and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Onboard customers to the company's new digital ordering platform and mobile app.
  • Provide market feedback, insights, and ideas to support ongoing product and service innovation.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or territory management within foodservice, FMCG, or dairy distribution.
  • Strong commercial and operational understanding of cold-chain logistics and route trade environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable introducing new systems or digital tools to customers.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused, with a willingness to support on-the-ground operations when required.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to exceed targets.
