About the Role
The
Global Partnerships Manager
will own the strategy, growth, and performance of Protecht's partner ecosystem. You'll identify, develop, and manage high-impact partnerships and integrations while also driving joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns with the Marketing team to maximize partner visibility and commercial impact.
This is a highly commercial, strategic role that blends business development, ecosystem management, technical integration fluency, and partnership marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a global partner and integration strategy aligned with Protecht's commercial and product roadmaps.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value technology partners to expand our ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of market trends to surface new partnership and integration opportunities.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver integrations that enhance customer experience and drive adoption.
- Oversee the partner onboarding process, ensuring clear technical, operational, and commercial alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation and enablement materials for partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and deliver joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and thought-leadership content with partners.
- Develop case studies, collateral, and co-branded materials that demonstrate the value of our partnerships.
- Support sales enablement efforts, providing tools, training, and messaging to drive partner-related opportunities.
- Define, track, and report on partnership KPIs, including lead generation, revenue contribution, integration adoption, and partner engagement.
- Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
You'll be a great fit if you can show:
- Demonstrated experience in partnerships, alliances, or commercial ecosystem management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong business development skills and experience in negotiating partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with API-driven platforms and technical workflows (not coding, but technical fluency is essential).
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Experience working in an agile product environment with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
- You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too
