About the role

We are seeking an
Onboarding Specialist
to join our Customer Success Team in our Sydney CBD office.

As the Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring new customers are set up for success on Allara Global's Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to platform launch, and setting the foundation for long-term customer success.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and confident in coordinating across multiple teams to get things done.

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless setup and implementation of Allara Global's LMS.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Provide training and guidance to new clients on system features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout onboarding, keeping them updated on progress and next steps.
  • Capture and document customer requirements, ensuring these are communicated to relevant internal teams.
  • Keep accurate records of customer onboarding progress and updates in our CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Allara Global's LMS, including its benefits, capabilities, and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to strategies for scale, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.

You bring:

  • A strong customer-first mindset and passion for delivering high-quality support and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer support within a SaaS or technology environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
