About the Role:

The Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for identifying, quantifying, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across our consumer tech business. You'll serve as the independent voice of data-driven growth strategy, providing unbiased insights that guide critical business decisions and drive measurable impact on our bottom line. This role is essential to our next phase of growth, moving beyond traditional price and promotion strategies to discover sophisticated revenue drivers and competitive advantages in our market.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Identify and quantify new revenue growth opportunities across our ecommerce ecosystem
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into market competitiveness, uncovering gaps and expansion opportunities
  • Provide independent, unbiased assessment of initiative effectiveness across sales, marketing, and operations team
  • Analyse channel profitability and cost structures to maximise return on investment
  • Develop sophisticated models to understand drivers of basket value, AOV, and customer lifetime value
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify competitive threats and opportunities
  • Connect customer data to business strategy, developing actionable customer segmentation and regional opportunity mapping
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our broader growth initiatives

About You:

  • Solid experience in analytics with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data insights into revenue opportunities
  • Independent thinker who can provide objective analysis across competing team priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis platforms
  • Expert-level Excel skills for complex financial and business modelling
