**About the Role**:
The AML/CTF Analyst’s primary responsibility is to support the Financial Crime Compliance Lead on all aspects of the AML/CTF Program as required from time to time. Act as trusted adviser to the business on AML/CTF matters. Other responsibilities include due diligence, risk assessments, analysis, management reporting and provision of an advisory function to the business.

Reporting to the Financial Crimes Compliance Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain AML/CTF operational processes and procedures in Promapp and adhere to these procedures in delivering on all operational tasks and functions, in addition to those assigned from time to time by the Financial Crime Compliance Lead;
- Be proactive in identifying and supporting the initiative for AML/CTF systems/policy/ trigger alert rules/procedure optimization
- Investigate and assess alerts generated by the Bank’s staff and Banks customer and transaction screening tool and support the AML/CTF Officer, when required, to report to AUSTRAC in a timely manner
- Work with stakeholders in implementing due diligence process namely Third Party and Vendor due diligence
- Be proactive in working collaboratively with stakeholders in identifying and supporting the initiative to automate the report generation process
- Take a lead in maintaining the Product and Channel risk assessment tool
- Conduct annual product and channel risk assessment
- Support projects as required, from time to time
- Assist in identifying and reporting systemic procedural weaknesses and additional training requirements for the Bank
- Work respectfully and collaboratively within the team and with other teams internally to ensure full compliance and optimal customer experience.
- Provide support and guidance to the business, be a point of reference in relation to operational AML/CTF matters
- Maintain key registers with customer, member, alert data for risk assessments
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports in the required formats.
- Support the Financial Crime Compliance Lead in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports
- Develop knowledge on FATCA and CRS obligations and support the business as required
- Identify self
- development areas and proactively seek the appropriate courses

**About You**:

- FSR Tier 2 Accreditation
- Experience in fraud investigation and monitoring. Willingness to attend courses aiming at updating and increasing working knowledge of AML/CTF regulation
- Minimum 2years experience in AML/CTF roles
- Any other related qualifications such as legal, audit, AML/CTF
