About the Role

We are seeking an experienced contractor to lead and accelerate a strategic uplift of our Power of Attorney (POA) processes and controls. This 12-month engagement will play a critical role in enhancing customer protection, mitigating regulatory risk, and aligning with our broader compliance strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Analytics teams to deliver three key initiatives:

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop a comprehensive POA Playbook and process for new requests
  • Lead an AI-driven remediation case study for the existing POA back book
  • Design and implement system controls to strengthen operational integrity
