Product Operations Analyst

About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented operations professional with a passion for driving product excellence? We're looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Product team at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited.
Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to optimise our Deposit and Lending product offerings. Your work will directly influence product performance, regulatory alignment, and customer outcomes—making this a high-impact role in a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational efficiency across lending and deposit products, ensuring strong compliance, risk management, and service quality
- Triage, track, and resolve product-related incidents in collaboration with Risk and Compliance
- Support Product Managers with analysis and operational insights to enable successful product changes
- Embed continuous risk excellence across product reviews, compliance, and incident management
- Coordinate the delivery of pricing and product changes
- Lead updates to terms and conditions, compliance documentation, and customer-facing forms
- Act as a key liaison across teams to ensure cohesive product delivery
- Monitor KPIs and use data insights to assess performance, customer outcomes, and operational improvements
- Demonstrate ownership of risk and compliance across all aspects of your work
About You
You're a proactive and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of financial products and operations. You bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Risk Operations within financial services
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, financial performance metrics, and operational risk management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
- A data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to improve product operations and customer outcomes
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and operational requirements
- Proficiency in operational planning and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to clearly explain complex operational issues to management
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
