**About the Role**:
The Change Management Analyst (OCM) role supports TMBL’s Organisational Change Management (OCM) function within the P&C team. The main focus of the role is:
- To support, coordinate and report on OCM activity and its impacts i.e. what’s happening, how it will impact stakeholders and when. Includes stakeholder engagement, training, communication and the embedment of change.
- To analyse the people impacts of strategic and business-led initiatives and projects to inform change management planning, delivery and executive decision making. The role focuses on impacts to our customers, staff and partners.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Track the delivery and embedment of change management activities to OCM plans
- Using TMBL tools, consistently report on change delivery and effectiveness
- Using TMBL tools, regularly update the TMBL Single View of Change (SVOC) (activity) and its impacts on people across the organisation
- Support the planning, delivery and reporting of change management activities as required
- Manage the OCM calendar of events
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within required deadlines and to a quality standard
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive change adoption
- Identify, report and manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change
- Continuously champion the building of change management capability across TMBL by supporting OCM coaching and networking initiatives
- Support the development and maintenance of change management tools and resources available to leaders to use when managing change in their areas

**About You**
- High level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Business, communication, marketing or other relevant degree or qualification
- Experience using business and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro desirable
- PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent desirable
- Ability to support the facilitation of workshops and discovery sessions
- Experience supporting specialist teams to achieve business outcomes
- Organised - Ability to coordinating and report on the progress of change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
