About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Group Accounts Payable & Receivables Officer to manage end-to-end AP and AR functions across multiple entities.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this role is essential in ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth financial operations across our brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, loves process, and is confident managing diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

About You

  • You're an experienced AP/AR professional who's confident managing end-to-end processing across multiple entities. Experience with sub-contractors and the building sector highly regarded.
  • You're highly organised, detail-driven and thrive in environments where accuracy and deadlines matter.
  • You're proficient with Xero and comfortable navigating reconciliations and compliance requirements.
  • You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and enjoy working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You're proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively to keep financial operations running smoothly.
