About the role

The Systems Support Analyst provides day-to-day operational support for our core business software systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Apps, Power BI, and associated custom integrations.

You'll triage and resolve incidents, manage user access, monitor system performance, and assist with deployments. Working within a collaborative IT team, you'll engage with stakeholders across eCommerce, projects, business analysis, and external consultants to assist users at all business levels in a customer-facing environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in application support with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues with users.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage cases and keep records current.
  • Initiative, accountability, and a strong eye for quality.
  • Effective communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • A background in Accounting or Finance (highly regarded).
  • Microsoft certifications (desirable).
