About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems and Network Administrator to support our expanding client base. You'll work across multiple environments, providing proactive and reactive support, deploying new solutions, and ensuring secure, high-performance IT systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused MSP setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and remote IT support for client systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Administer and maintain client environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking gear, firewalls)
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve system and network issues
  • Implement security best practices, patch management, and backup solutions
  • Assist in designing and deploying new client systems and infrastructure projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow SLA-driven service workflows
  • Liaise with vendors, escalate complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in an IT support or system/network admin role, preferably in an MSP environment
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS), RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, N-Able)
  • Ability to manage multiple client environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) highly desirable
