Join Darling Downs Health as an Administration Officer supporting the Geriatric, Adult Rehabilitation and Stroke Services (GARSS) team across Toowoomba Hospital and Baillie Henderson Hospital. In this dynamic outpatient role, you'll be the backbone of smooth operations—delivering high-quality, confidential administrative support that truly makes a difference in patient care and staff experience.

What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running seamlessly—whether you're updating hospital systems with precision, assisting patients with documentation, or coordinating admissions and discharges. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions, from warmly greeting visitors to supporting colleagues during staff absences. You'll attend meetings, capture minutes, and ensure records are meticulously maintained. With every task, you'll be contributing to a compassionate, values-driven team that thrives on collaboration and excellence in care.
