Join Our Submissions Team as an Administration Officer

We're looking for a strong communicator and detail-focused Administration Officer to support our Submissions Team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

About the Role

You'll work closely with Building Supervisors and Estimators to ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing quotes, estimates, and assessment reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar
  • Submitting documents to insurers within required timeframes
  • Liaising with supervisors and internal teams to finalise documents
  • Updating internal and client systems to align with KPIs
  • Communicating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing feedback to improve document quality

About You

You'll bring proven administrative skills and a strong eye for detail. You will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to process changes
  • Confidence working in a team in a KPI-driven environment
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive work ethic
  • Experience reading scopes of work (desirable)
