**Key Responsibilities**
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with customer payroll to verify employee classifications and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- ** PIAWE Calculations**:

- Calculate and report PIAWE (Pre-Injury Average Weekly Earnings) for injured employees as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of PIAWE reports to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Compliance and Reporting**:

- Stay updated on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
- ** Communication and Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for payroll and workers' compensation enquiries.
- Provide training and support to team members on workers' compensation policies and procedures.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field desirable
- Knowledge of self-insured workers' compensation programs and PIAWE calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
