
Ea/office Manager

Fresh landscapes are an industry leading commercial landscape contractor with offices through NSW and QLD. As part of our current growth plans, we are looking for a full-time EA / Office Manager to join the team in Sydney.
Reporting into the Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage general office operations, ensuring a well-equipped and efficient work environment
- Provide basic IT support to employees such as setting up computers, phones, conference calls, troubleshooting issues to IT helpdesk
- Liaising with the director on a day-to-day basis
- Weekly management of Timesheets submissions
- Stock management and ordering of PPE
- Ordering office supplies, catering, set up meeting rooms, maintain kitchen and general office tidiness
- Supporting the scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Coordinate employee training
- Management of fleet vehicles and machinery, organising servicing schedules
- Participate in meetings and follow up on tasks and projects assigned
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of company communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff, when required
- Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers, when required
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, background in the construction industry is advantageous.
- Reliable car and drivers licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to build strong business relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and team player
