**About the Role**

Epson Australia are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to assist the Document Solutions team. The role involves:

- Coordinate incoming direct sales from paperwork to installation
- Liaise with Service Coordinators and Sales Representatives on all current and potential deals to ensure stock and resources are available
- Manage and assess all incoming paperwork and customer enquires before passing onto relevant departments for actioning
- Maintain all records in Salesforce, ensuring they are accurate and kept up to date at all times (such as contact and address changes)
- Coordinate with Service Department and Pre-Sales Engineers on customer webform submissions, software capabilities and ways to improve customer experience during the paperwork stages
- Set up Channel Epson and SAP customer accounts (and subsequent delivery site accounts)
- Supporting Document Solutions Product Manager with stock allocations, seed stock, loan units, order quotations and showroom
- Coordinate with external stakeholders regarding financing sale contracts & settlements, courier transportation and direct debit billing
- Identify ways to improve efficiencies and mitigate potential risk with various department collaborations.

- Analysis, organisational and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail with ensuring all essentials are collected
- Friendly customer service with can-do attitude
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Salesforce competence (or experience in other CRM platforms)
- SAP experience (or experience in other ERP platforms)
