We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a chef with experience in fast-paced, quality-driven restaurants of a similar calibre, who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting the Head Chef and mentoring a talented brigade.

Working alongside our two-hat flagship restaurant Cutler, Marion offers the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and refine your skills, while contributing to the dynamic collaboration between the venues.


What you'll bring:
