Meat Flour Wine Berwick is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership team and deliver outstanding dining experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Ensure prep and service run smoothly and consistently at a premium level.
  • Support junior chefs with training, guidance and clear communication.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Bring creativity and contribute ideas for menu development.
  • Maintain stock control and assist with ordering when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar, ready to take the next step.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure.
  • A team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for premium produce, modern techniques and delivering excellence.
