What You'll Do

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Ensure prep and service run smoothly and consistently at a premium level.
  • Support junior chefs with training, guidance and clear communication.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Bring creativity and contribute ideas for menu development.
  • Maintain stock control and assist with ordering when required.
