About the role

Bunge is seeking a receptionist / administrator for a permanent part-time role in our Melbourne office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will manage a wide range of tasks such as greeting visitors at reception, answering calls and directing them appropriately, and providing administrative support to the wider business. We anticipate hours to be approximately 9am to 2pm daily, subject to discussion with the successful candidate.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • General reception duties
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering
  • Booking travel requests
  • Management of postal mail and couriers
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery

About you

  • Experience in reception and administration
  • Intermediate level in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
