About Us
Premier Supported Living (PSL) provides high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL), high-intensity supports, and hospital transition programs across Victoria. We work closely with NDIS participants, families, carers, health professionals, and staff to deliver safe, compassionate and reliable support.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and personable Receptionist, Bubbly personality to be the welcoming face and voice of Premier Supported Living. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, has excellent presentation, and thrives in a busy front-of-house role.
You'll be the first point of contact for participants, families, staff, and health professionals — managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and supporting our team with light administration and data entry.

- Reliable and eager to learn – no prior experience is required, just the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer calls and emails, manage enquiries, and book appointments.
- Support staff and participants with day-to-day reception needs.
- Update records and perform accurate data entry as required.
- Keep the reception area professional, tidy, and welcoming.
Compliance & Requirements
- Australian work rights.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (Employee).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Full training provided — perfect for someone starting their career.
