Looking for a stable, full-time role in a supportive team environment?

We are looking for a professional, highly organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental laboratory. This is a full-time role for someone who understands the unique needs of dental clinics and patients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient front desk operations.

About the role

As part of our reception and administration team, you will:

  • Greet patients and visiting clinicians with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calls, and emails efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient and clinic records
  • Support daily workflow between the laboratory and dental practices
  • Communicate effectively with dentists, clinic staff, and patients
  • Ensure confidentiality and excellent patient care at all times

About you

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
  • Strong understanding of dental practice administration and front desk operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High-level organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive under pressure
